Vino Spumante - Metodo Martinotti - Rosè - Extra dry

Colour: light pink, with light orange notes, fine tiny bubbles, creamy mousse.

Aroma: the nose reveals aromas of fresh and dried flowers and fruits.

Taste: crispy and fruity, it leaves a persistent minerality at the end of the tasting.

Pairing: excellent aperitif wine, perfect with seafood salad , dishes based on fish and shellfish.

Variety: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 100%. Yield per hectare: 14 t/ha. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation at 18°C. Second fermentation: re-fermented in tank (Metodo Martinotti) and aged "sur lies" 2 months. Alcohol volume: 11,50 % vol Dosage: Extra Dry
